Okay, I know it's been ages since I've posted an update. Life's been busy, and my progress, quite frankly, hasn't been all that intesting. Weight loss has crawled to a near-stop. I'm not at my goal, so I'm still not finished, but losing weight now is slooooooow. Two years post-surgery, I feel like I'm pretty much like everyone else. The portions I eat are small, but normal. I have practically zero food intolerances. Occasionally, I'll feel sick if I eat something overly rich or sweet, but I don't consider that a big deal. I haven't had any lab work done lately (no insurance right now), so I don't know how all that stands. As soon as I get health insurance again, I plan on getting a full work-up, especially on my blood sugar control. Here are a couple of recent photos we had taken up at Haigler Creek:
